Pros

PHC has a great mission, and you can see staff live it everyday. Team members can really feel good about the work we do. We have some really supportive and fun co-workers. I believe that our leaders really do their best to make decisions that support the mission and benefit employees. There are opportunities for career advancement & development for those who take initiative to develop themselves and drive their career.

Cons

Communication across the organization is a challenge due to multiple sites and departments. Leadership knows it's an issue and is taking steps to make improvements.

Pros

The people I work with are wonderful. It's such a rewarding job, and allows me flexibility and the opportunity to feel like I'm making a difference.

Cons

There are multiple locations, so I don't get a chance to know everyone.

Thanks for taking time to leave a review. Our multiple locations do present some unique challenges. Some of our clinic positions have the opportunity to "float" to other sites when needed. I'd encourage you to talk to your manager about your interest to experience other locations and meet people.

Pros

Worked with several other case managers that very much cared for their patients.

Cons

Also worked with some extremely negative coworkers as well and extremely inexperienced leaders. Very negative team environment.
