Favoritism is rampant and HR won't do anything about it.
Pros
Paid Holidays. Accumulation of PTO is around 6 hours per every 2 week period. Some of the nurses are nice.
Cons
Management has favorites at most of the clinics (except West Side and CISS). These individuals have nothing to do with management and yet they are given management power. They are also bullies and have made some of the employees depressed. This was reported to HR and they did nothing about it. I bet if the founder of PHC knew (Dr. Engebretsen) he would not stand for this. Also some of the interpreters at the East side clinic are way tooo close to the providers. This creates favoritism and that's why many have left. Additionally they have started taking blood pressure and other medical tasks.... sorry but I wouldn't trust their readings.
