Pros

Patient centered and great benefits. Very evident the staff are mission driven.

Cons

Inexperienced leadership throughout. Some senior leaders took credit for the work others completed. Leaders were not consistent how they reviewed employees skill sets for individual growth. Took on too many projects that sometimes caused confusion, reactive versus proactive.
