Pros

It’s rare to be able to say that there are no pros to a job. But here we are.

Cons

At the store level you may have varying opinions. I speak of the company as a whole. Prime is disorganized, mismanaged and shady. Try to get a straight answer on anything, I dare you! As of this writing there are hundreds of thousands of unpaid dollars to employees because of mismanagement. Micromanaging. The worst I’ve ever seen in 30 years. You are a puppet, they pull the strings and trust you to do nothing. The watch on cameras from their HQ in Pakistan. It’s worth noting that almost all high level positions and support to employees is call center based. Think about that for a minute, if you have troubles at your JOB you have to go through the same type of support as if you had a problem with your cable bill.

Pros

Good discount on your AT&T bill

Cons

Too many restrictions on bonuses, too many people micromanaging all the time Reps have to sell 2 tv and 40 opps to get their bonus even if they go on vacation or work in a low volume store. Managers have to sell too, even though there’s so much to pull them away from being able to sell. Also your bonus checks are 2 months behind and if you quit, they won’t pay you the last one owed to you. They’ll likely just let you go instead of letting you work out your notice.

Pros

Discount on AT&T wireless bill

Cons

Incredibly unethical. Upper management encourages fraud and scamming customers in order to meet goals. Their idea of management is to threaten your job in order to place pressure on you to hit their unrealistic goals. Their goals are set very high so that they are able to keep all the profits and don't have to pay you commission. The commission payout structure is a joke. No weekly transaction audit so you can monitor sales. They will charge you back without your knowledge and short you on your commission check, if you even receive one. I've never worked for such an unorganized, greedy company. They don't seem to comprehend or care that without its employees in the stores they have no company.
