Pros

No pros other than it isn’t physically strenuous.

Cons

If you think prime is a good company to work for its because you’ve never worked for a good authorized retailer or wireless company. Pay is a joke and goals are set to never be reached so you try hard and never get paid.if you’re a good salesman don’t waste your time here, and if you’re not a strong seller it’s minimum wage so you might as well greet people at Walmart.

Pros

2 days off a week

Cons

Everything. This company is terrible. The owner and upper management are worthless, greedy, and do not care for their employees. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. I Did not have a choice, they purchased the previous company I worked for. Since then, everyone in the company who was worth anything are leaving as fast as they can. This company will fail because they don’t care about the people on the bottom, they only care about how much money they can shove in their pockets. Prime is owned by foreigners that don’t even live in the U.S. Avoid working here at all costs!

Pros

Turnover is high so if you’re looking to advance your career look no further because they have no choice but to promote people with little experience.

Cons

I worked for AT&T for two years for a different authorized retailer that ultimately failed because they weren’t encouraging us to fraud our customers. My previous employer got bought by Prime and I stuck it out for a few months before I had to leave due to unethical practices being encouraged in their stores. My market was encouraged to submit directvs using generic socials, to add lines to accounts without telling the customers, and add discounts using a website to cover up the extra charges. I got into sales because I love the competitive environment and when I noticed that other stores were getting ahead by cheating I knew I couldn’t sacrifice my morals just to “win”. The only reason you see good reviews on this website it because Prime is probably submitting them because they can’t keep a new hire around for more than a few weeks because they don’t pay their employees. Just take my advice and go work at T-Mobile.
