Pros

Nothing good about this company

Cons

Any company that does not care one bit about their employees, is bound to fail. This company does the bare minimum for their employees. I’m talking about pay, benefits, and work balance. The hourly pay is the minimum, and the commission structure is set up in a way in which if you miss your opps/tv goal by just one unit you get zero commission. Now I’m not saying to not have minimum sales goal requirements, but level them out fairly depending on how much traffic the store gets. Sales goal are very high, and even tier 1 stores struggle to meet such goals. Also, you have to wait two full months before you see any commission pay out. The chargeback process is not very clear, nor transparent which makes it easier for the company to cheat you out of your commission pay. The benefits they offer are a joke. They offer the bare minimum on medical, dental, and vision. Up until very recently they did not offer any PTO. Management seems to want to have you available to answer to their demands 24/7, yet they harrass you if you do OT. They call you on your days off, to question why your store hasn’t sold or is struggling to meet a certain metric. Your reasons are just excuses to them. They do not provide a direction or positive feedback as to how you can improve. Overall this company is more of a dictatorship company. Their mantra is “if you don’t like it, the doors are wide open. You are replaceable, even if you are the top sales rep, you are replaceable” 0 motivation, or culture from this company. I do not recommend working here.

Pros

There are no pros for this job

Cons

company has very high sales quotas in stores were there is no traffic and expect you to make these quotas. Training is pathetic. You are left alone in the stores with no guidance or help to train you and you are expected to perform on 3 different systems. not having enough customers gives you no experience and no commission. Then they just dump you out the door. Very Professional

Pros

Great commission if you don't mind lying to both AT&T and the customer. Hours are typical retail hours, 8hrs/day Friday and Saturday are almost always mandatory.

Cons

Little to no benefits, Very shady business practices as they are trying to squeeze as much money out of each individual and AT&T themselves.
