Pros

600 plus retail locations nationwide

Cons

Executive Management team that does not have a clue. A lack of true leadership from the President of the company, Akbar Mohamed, on down to their Regional VP's and Directors. On numerous occasions my position was threatened in the presence of my peers and co-workers once even by the President of the company. at no time did my actions, results or commitments warrant the way I was addressed. Those within the company who take shortcuts are quick to move up but do not last long in their roles. Revolving door of District Managers, Store Managers and Associates. Stay away, as this is a toxic environment all around.

Pros

Better hourly rate than most Authorized Retailers, and ability to get paid good commission if you're not lazy and you don't share your sales.

Cons

Upper management could not care less about the reps or managers. My DM makes employees share sales so he can get a higher ranking every month. He cares so much more about him getting paid than the employees, that he takes sales away from people without them knowing so he can put them in another stores name. Some employees have not gotten paid what their commission should be, but no one cares to help or look into what happened. There is no sense of accountability and people just do what they want at work. Inventory is always missing and fraud is constantly being committed against customers to make sales. There are no paid holidays and you have to be with the company a year to qualify for PTO. No one knows how the pay structure works and the DM sure can't explain it either.
