Pros

Decent pay, stocked, healthy kitchen (corporate), free stuff from vendors

Cons

No trust - no one is even trusted to take lunch when they want, it's set 1-2pm so if you're late everyone knows; no flexibility - have errand need to run during lunch? Hopefully you can make it between 1-2pm, no exceptions; never felt made an impact - sent to do site visits around country, gave leadership feedback, not one thing implemented, was told by peers that was not unusual; CEO never acknowledged fact I resigned with month notice, no "good luck", no "I heard you're moving", no nothing - at least pretend to care Akbar! I resigned b/c I moved out of area but was already interviewing else where - what a waste of six months!

Pros

Hourly pay , full benefits with blue cross blue shield and commission pay as well. They started 401k plan in 2017.

Cons

They make you work off the clock and ask you to create fake accounts to leave fake positive Glassdoor and google reviews. Also you’re commission is based off the entire store , not your self.

Pros

My co workers are great

Cons

Where do I start First commission is always incorrect, benefits are horrible, bi-weekly pay checks are incorrect, management does not care about the people who work in the store, Goals are not SMART, unrealistic and your commission is based on these crazy goals. I have been in sales for years and by far this is the worst company that I've worked for. WILL BE LEAVING VERY SOON....
