Pros

You get trained extensively on opus and learn a lot about cell phones. You also get to deal with unsatisfied customers on the daily so it’s good practice.

Cons

Bad pay, bad ethics, horrible hours. They change the goals every two weeks and ask you to lie about what you are selling to the customer.

There is a lot opportunity for commission and growth within the company. The company is still very immature. You would think it just started however it’s been around about two decades.

Cons

Poor leadership. Understaffed and super high turnover rate.

Discounts on plans is really good, a hassle to get any other discounts. New hire commission plan is good too.

Cons

They are very numbered driven and will tell you to scam the customers in order to make sales like charge them for things they have not purchased.
