Pros

Pro's of working here are definitely a concept to those that choose to utilize and see them as such. However the 'official' perks all almost non existent if anything they are exactly adequate considering you should't have to pay full price for the service if you sell it. And this job provides a significant discount off monthly service from AT&T. However its nothing that any other vendor that deals with them doesn't get offered as well. So go figure. (57% off)

Cons

The cons of employment are there should you desire to make any kind of significant impact in your pay or overperform. Pretty much the better you do the more things that before weren't an issue with management will now become prevalent. They reserve the right on paper and your employment contract to pretty much pay you what they feel you'll accept. And have the paperwork to back it up should you choose to dispute it.

Pros

Perfect job while you're looking for another job. Great placeholder. Clocking out for the day. The lunch is an hour long, that's kind of cool..I guess.

Cons

Hands down the WORST work experience I have ever been a part of. If you're looking for a job where the there is no trust between upper management and store employees, Prime is the company for you! If you're looking for a job where you will be lied to about your pay, Prime is the company for you! If you're looking for a company where you'll bust your butt, but constantly have nothing to show for it, Prime is the company for you! Want to HATE every minute from the time you clock in, Prime is the job for you! Don't let that AT&T globe on the application fool you. The company will prosper of your hard work and you'll get peanuts. If constantly stressing about how you're going to make ends meet sounds good, go for it. BUT I ADVISE DO NOT, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
