Pros

Coworkers were generally good people despite the truly awful pay and unjustified pressure. Support from the "real At&t" workers was pretty good although that doesn't have anything to do with Prime.

Cons

Ok, here's the thing. This company is horrible to their employees. I was an employee at a At&t retailer for 4 years before it was bought out by Prime. When Prime took over I realized what a bad retail job actually was. First off, the pay is hilariously bad. Sales reps in Ohio make between $18,000 and $25,000 per year and making 25k is next to impossible. The funniest part about that is that they really expect you to be extra excited about working there and selling to the point where you are doing outside sales and stuff just to meet the goals. Besides that they have tons of conference calls and unpaid trainings you have to attend which really aren't trainings but more of finding out why numbers are down... and numbers are always down. The company does nothing to advertise at all and rarely has sufficient inventory to sell, not to mention all of the accessories are of the most generic variety imaginable. Despite these facts, employees are held to unrealistic standards and then terminated with almost no notice. In addition management is completely incompetent sniffling cowards. No real issues are ever addressed because each level of management is afraid to tell the next level anything except for what they want to hear. Not to mention that they are all very unprofessional and most of the time uneducated. They rely on super cheesy cliches instead of actual experience. Benefits might as well not exist since they are overpriced to the point that makes one believe they are profiting on their employees health insurance. Im tired of thinking about Prime, and that's why I'm stopping here otherwise there's a whole ton of other cons.

Pros

The pay is the only thing that will keep you here. You will feel trapped because you need the money to be able to take care of your family

Cons

They promote people who do fraud to district managers and market directors. Thy treat their employees awful. Akbar acts like he cares about his employees But continues to make goals untainable unless you do fraud. The MDs and AVPs promote those who do fraud. They took away our sick time and only give us 3 days a YEAR now. Working for this company requires at least 5 mental health days a year and another 5 for sickness.
