-"Not my job" mentality across organizations -Constant reorganization and layoffs -New partnerships with no consideration of downstream impacts Currently seems the company is positioning itself to be sold or merged with a bigger company. Constantly talking about "layoffs are the last thing we want" followed immediately by going department to department and cutting people. There seems to significant favoritism in the employees selected to be let go. The senior executives are making huge changes without the full picture and causing extreme stress and disfunction at the individual contributor level. The "transparency" the CEO claims to be providing seems like a front as nothing he says come to fruition and there is always some major shift a different direction. I had high hopes for him at one point and no longer do. I am actively seeking a new job and would not recommend anyone apply here if they have a job as they have stated applying for a current posting doesn't mean the job won't be cut in review.
