Robotic Adherence, Insufficient Training

Work from home on company equipment. Helpful coworkers. Most callers appreciative of your help.

Cons

Robotic adherence expected. Tied to phone and computer for endless hours. Members and dr’s office reps yell at you. Slam phone in your ear. Training presentation cause many to be lost and insufficient training to learn job. Constant contradictory instructions. Unorganized. Incomplete references to job instructions. Expectations for job performance based on insufficient training (even though 6 wks) to achieve what’s asked. They always want more no matter if you improve and are doing great as requested. New things untrained on expected. IT NEVER resolved anything. Slacking supervisors have no answers. Random quality assessments of your work (some excellent, and some not so great). But feedback not explained for further unbelievable expectations. The bar never stays in place. It’s constantly rising hirer. Sr Agents refuse to take over any calls. Not worth all your efforts or the low pay. Tons of log ons and offs throughout your shift. Nepotism is obviously alive and well at Prime T.

Working here is like attending 7th grade. Full of drama and gossip and who can tattle first. This would include management also.

Decent pay. but expect to not get a good raise unless you get promoted. otherwise you're stuck with that same pay for years and only getting petty raises a year

Cons

No promotion within the departments or outside. Expect to work here for years and not be recognized for anything you do. Here's their motto " Hey we appreciate all you do and we thank you" That's it!! No one cares how you're doing your job . They don't think about improving anything. I work in the IT department. technology is ancient and when they implement new technology it is a huge mess overall. They don't listen to their employees. Promoting someone is all too political. YOU CANNOT GROW WITH THIS COMPANY. PERIOD. AND THEY'RE DOWNSIZING RIGHT NOW in a very sneaky way. its only a matter of time until it becomes obvious to everyone else Team communication specifically between IT departments is none existent.
