      Start up company with few people

      Cons

      Not a professional company. Full of trickery to its employees. no regard for employement laws. many people were let go and anything they can get away with they will. In cyprus no one really cares anyways. Be very careful.

      literally nothing positive related to the job or company as a whole.

      Cons

      Horrific place to work at. Very toxic environment and insecure place. I'm sure that company has recorded the highest turnover in history the moment you get in you realize the magnitude of the mistake and lament the situation they got themselves into. Founder is the reason behind all the bottlenecks and stagnancy the company has gone through for the past years. He changes policies and practices every other day and hires and fires people with no respect whatsoever. People are just being enslaved in a horrendous way.

      A chill working space. Good colleagues. Great support from colleagues regarding work.

      Cons

      The 'owner' keeps meddling with low level employee. Too 'strict' of a company. No vision of where its heading to. Bad management practice and such.
