Pros

Nice facility. Convenient highway access off of US-24.

Cons

Commission checks for salaried employees are significantly less than half of what they were even 2-years ago, with no indication of improving in the near future. Salaried employees are docked vacation time if the building is closed due to snow/ice/inclement weather. Current CEO & upper mgmt team are generally perceived by most employees as cheerleaders, towing the company line ("Great job guys. Do better!") while refusing to address or often even discuss various issues in a timely manner.

Pros

A Great company to work for. Lots of growth and lots of opportunity. Management is good, and they leave us alone to do our work. The office environment is pleasant. We are treated with respect. There is nobody here that makes the workplace intolerable. Constantly hiring and looking to improve. Acquiring new companies and striving to be the best in the business.

Cons

Management can appear to be absent or complacent at times.

Pros

Easy work, lax dress code, for a call center there aren't that many calls, and it is a small company

Cons

Hardly any holidays off, poor vacation time, unprofessionalism, in a bad area (there have been many shootings across the street), and not a lot of options for growth
