Salary was fair. Peers were good to work with. Benefits fair.

Cons

Management was not responsive and bias with some employees. Help was not given when asked for. Looked to push people out the door. Offer to give answers but never does which means their subordinates are set up to fail.

Great team of people. Good starting pay for beginning career. Nice people, easy work and fun environment.

Cons

Not many. Would say that maybe better employee incentives could make the company better. Better chances for advancement in company.
