Pros

They treat their employees pretty good and healthcare benefits are definitely one of the best. It is definitely a very interesting and unique place to work.

Cons

salary is a bit low for an ivy league compared to other local schools and companies. Overall this doesn't really affect my affinity for the school, though.

Pros

Work here is rewarding, and outside partnerships are from other highly regarded universities. Most everyone represents the very highest level of their field, and there are many opportunities to expand learning outside of one's normal area of work.

Cons

High pay mostly goes to professors, administrators. The town is boring - though very charming. It's easy to get out of here and go many other places in the New York area and generally in the East Coast.
