Okay experience, easy to become complacent

Pros

Great benefits, lots of smart faculty and graduate students hanging out within the department and available for collaboration. Princeton's campus is quite pretty, and it's nice to work in a place where cutting edge research is being completed every day.

Cons

The town itself is beyond dull, and there are a good number of staff employees who have become complacent with the stability of an academic job. This is similar to other universities.

Pros

There are great professors and talented students, and the educational programs are very nice. It's a small-sized university, so you'll expect to have interaction with people from different parts of the university.

Cons

Princeton itself is a small town (an hour from NYC or the Philly), and city-lovers would not appreciate its quiet environment.
