Everything is broke

Pros

paychecks and vacation to get away from the madness

Cons

east plant equipment is broke and nobody from maintenance knows anything about the equipment. Lines shutoff by themselves and perferators are broke but we kill ourselves attempting to do the job they want us to do

Thank you for taking the time to post this review. While difficult to read, we are committed at all levels of the organization to improve each and every location. At Chatsworth, it has been difficult to hire qualified maintenance individuals, but we are working on it, knowing it will take new staff time to get trained on our equipment. We will address the issues with the visual boards. We appreciate your commitment of eight years. Our plant visits have been restricted due to COVID 19, but you are always welcome to call the corporate office in Willmar with any issues or concerns.

Great benefits, friendly environment, open to suggestions on improving processes.

None really. Just hard to move up as other keep their positions.
