Pros
The people I work with are always busy, but very knowledgeable about what they do. It's a great experience for almost anyone, especially those looking to grow in their career, experiences, and expand their knowledge on different products. They are growing in product lineup and opportunities.
Cons
There's not always a clear sense of direction for employees working on projects and designs. Leaders in the company know what they want in the end, but often change opinions on how they want it to be done. Priorities are not always clear, so it's hard for employees to work in a specific direction. They don't have the best compensation and benefits, especially for new people. It seems to increase enough as you're there longer.
