7yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value all of our employee regardless of whether they work in production or the yard. Working outside in the yard may be tough at times, but the work done there is critical because it is the last quality check on behalf of our customers. We will be working harder to improve our training and make sure none of our employees feel forgotten.
