Pros

I can see how the work we do could seem daunting to some people, but I enjoy working in a high-pressure environment with high expectations. We're on the forefront of the industry working with the next-generation issues and solutions, so it's pretty cool working for a company that is constantly innovating. I've never had any issues with management, so it's been a great experience all-around for me.

Cons

The difficulty of the work can vary a lot depending on the job.

Pros

Gateway's been a blessing in my life. My managers have always recognized my hard work and my achievement have been rewarded both in the form of bonuses and promotions. This is a company to build career with.

Cons

Standards are high, but the tools are always there to succeed.

I haven't had any real issues in my time here. Our products here are quality and the salaries seem to be very competitive. Management is also good about helping people grow, both within the company and by helping them get opportunities elsewhere. great company for anybody in manufacturing, experiences or new to the industry.

Cons

Like I said, no real issues. Not everyday is as good as the on before, but that's life.
