Pros

Kind, honest people in my experience. Haven't really had any bad experience in my time here - my managers have been helpful since day one and never give me flack as long as I'm not entirely slacking off. Really enjoy the team they've created here, we actually have fun from time to time.

Cons

The work can get a bit mundane.

By far the best company I've worked with. My managers aren't constantly bearing over me and micromanaging I do, they're actually helpful and I'm glad when they're around. The people are just really nice in general.

Cons

Must be prepared to fix issues on the fly.

Pros

I've really enjoyed my time with Gateway thus far. management told me when I was hired that there would be opportunities to advance within the company, and that proved to be true. Great people who care about their employees.

Cons

Nothing worth noting here really.
