Pros

Fair pay, solid benefits and the work is pretty straight forward. I really get along with my managers too which is probably the most important part. Unlike my last job, I couldn't stand my manager and it made the job miserable.

Cons

I wish there were more bonuses.

Pros

The company is huge. Having acquired and merged with nearly a dozen companies in the past 3 years, ProAmpac has grown into one of the world's largest manufacturer of flexible packaging.

Cons

Because of its growth, ProAmpac does not deal with small to moderate sized businesses. Only large, multi-million dollar contracts are taken, leaving no creative work to be done in house. Innovation has left the business.

Merits based on work performance not seniority. Cares a lot about their employees. Extremely passionate about innovation and becoming a leader in all areas of plastic packaging.
