Not All Employees are "Treated Fairly"

Pros

Financially solid company; generally good, competent co-workers.

Cons

Does not live up to its Treated Fairly promise with all employees. Certain departments are headed by micro-managers who sorely and offensively lack management skills and respect for their employees. Leadership tells employees that, if they give their all, they will be rewarded, which might be true for many, if not most, departments. Unfortunately, the decency and fairness they claim does not exist in all departments. As a result some folks tragically fall through the cracks with no one in HR to lend a hand. But I think they are trying to address those shortcomings.

Pros

It is a financially stable mid-sized to large company with a convenient location and above-average benefits package where additional training or education are encouraged.

Cons

Management doesn't promote the "team" environment and isn't very fair to all employees. Expectations are unreasonable when unrealistic constraints are in force. Compensation and salaries are probably at the low-end of average. Raises are very small and advancements are hard to secure unless you are in good with someone in control.
