      Pros

      Great benefits including 401k match up to 6%. I have better insurance than most of my friends. Lots of fun activities planned throughout the year. Great place to work if health and helping people are your passion.

      Cons

      Things are constantly changing and it can be difficult for some people to keep up if they don't do well with change. Things can be stressful during HSN which happens at least 8 weekends a year(usually more) and this includes having your schedule changed to work on the weekend if you don't already. Not that big of a deal, but FYI.

      Decent company perks and supplement discounts

      Cons

      Upper management will backstab you to try to make themselves look good. They make it look like the company is employee oriented, but they only care about how much and how quickly you can produce. The policies and procedures are poorly structured and make no sense.
