Business Outlook
Pros
Decent products. True desire of owner to make good products. You can have ownership of your duties to a large extent. Need to kiss up to execs who have been there for years.
Cons
Poor choices in upper management. If you are female with certain assets you will very likely do well even if you have no clue what you are doing in finance or running a company or business partnerships. Owner needs to focus on his business instead of letting these people run the show. He knows his stuff but doesn't get involved in day to day so company not nearly as good as it could be. Was time of cost saving initiatives in procurement that almost killed quality ingredients because owner wasn't aware.
