Good benefits. Mostly laid back atmosphere.

Cons

Have to work several weekends a year when the company is advertised on HSN. Sitting for long periods of time. Things are changing constantly, but that could be a good thing depending how you view change,

Pros

Easy work, semi friendly people. A lot of fake ones tho.

Cons

Product knowledge tests, horrible benefits if you have dependents you pay 100%, they make threats if you do not pass the test they will fire you. Overall horrible to work for. Pay isn't even that great.

Pros

Easy work. Nice products. People are mostly friendly. Owner matches 401k at least 3% and there is a yearly holiday party.

Cons

If you don't brown-nose (kiss major butt), you won't get anywhere. Mgmt doesn't care about subordinates. Everyone is viewed as easily expendable. Salary is very cheap too.
