Pros

Good base salary for new graduates. Opportunity to make a few genuine friendships with coworkers. Nice office locations. Mostly, experience gained on resume.

Cons

There are very few positives about working here. While the CEO appears to have good intentions for improving the company, the culture and leadership dynamics have deteriorated to the point where meaningful change feels unlikely. Turnover is extremely high, roughly 60–75 employees have left in the past six months and morale across the sales floor is very low. The company tends to seek out impressionable new graduates, but the environment lacks structure, growth opportunity, and professionalism, which often leads to frustration and burnout. Leadership is entirely made up of internal people in their early 20s with no management experience, resulting in inconsistent guidance and unclear expectations. The commission structure offers minimal opportunity for growth or financial advancement during your first couple of years unless you happen to land an unusually large client which I have not seen happen in years. Remote work is advertised as a benefit, but in practice, it’s rarely granted due to strict internal policies and is something that is threatened to be taken away from you at any moment. Overall, the culture is driven by favoritism and politics rather than performance. Communication between management and employees is non-existent, and there is little sense of transparency or collaboration. You will not gain genuine work experience here, you will learn how to play the corporate game and get experience for your resume.

Pros

It was a good opportunity to develop cold calling skills. Some of the vets that are in their 30s have good advice and can teach you some tricks.

Cons

So many leaders with a lack of experience. -most of the managers are promoted based on their personality and if they are liked by the inner circle of leaders. This results in team leads/newer managers being inexperienced and sometimes are actually bad AEs, so they have no helpful advice to give. I personally don’t want my manager to be almost as new to the workforce as I am. The office culture is also not that inclusive. It feels like a big sorority. POC are definitely treated worse. Commission is terrible, 2% when you start on low value deals compared to other kinds of staffing. Not to mention the market for educational staffing is imploding. Down 10-15% year over year because of our government cutting funding. I felt like I was barely surviving off of each paycheck and I still had plenty of deals. The bar to get hired there is also really low because they can’t keep good talent. You no longer need a degree to be hired. The quality of employees has gone down the drain, and they keep people employed that are drinking/ doing drugs during work hours, there’s rampant nepotism, and inappropriate office relationships. Overall just avoid working here.

Pros

Pay was decent for entry level

Cons

Do not waste your time working here. In your early days you will be promised being rewarded for your hard work, but you will quickly see that this is far from that. All management cares about here is making another dollar, rather than caring about their own employees. They fire employees with no notice and turnover is terrible. If you want to be successful here, there's no hope anymore as all of the business is taken by people who have been there 2+ years. Too many contest/game situations going on every month that are irrelevant and immature just to win an hour of pto. They encourage zero work life balance and encourage coming in early and staying late just to make another dollar. So not worth it when most likely you will earn nothing for that extra work. Highly recommend steering clear of this place.
