Pros

The pros about working with Prohealth Care were the great coworkers, the excellent physicians and staff, and very good benefits.

Cons

Unfortunately, the new upper management has turned the focus away from patient care and on to business profitablility. Upper management also does not understand how their changes directly affect morale and patient care.
