      Pros

      I love nursing and working with patients! A feeling of pride when you see that you make a difference in someones life. It is my passion!

      Cons

      Change in Healthcare is inevitable. Long term employees know this more than anyone. They have experienced it more than others because of their tenure. Experience should be embraced.

      Pros

      Great employees Good relationship between staff and doctors Caring for patients is second to none. Modern facilities and equipment Excellent wages We seem to be doing well financially when others are not.

      Cons

      Some of the long term employees refuse to acknowledge that the healthcare industry is going thru change and will not give up the past. We need better and more thorogh communication on what is happening with the organization.
