Pros

Nice co workers had a mentor/buddy. Close to the T and near Shops And bars. Pizza Friday's. Had a nice boss.

Cons

Sweatshop environment based on numbers and reading a script. Terrible work life balance and the floor/office plan is horrendous. The IT team watches you so you can't even check your gmail without being spied on. The CEO pays entry level workers terribly.

Pros

People: Some employees are great, and you can make lifelong friends with kind, honest, and hardworking individuals. Training & Development: Opportunity to learn and take on new tasks that will prepare you for a better opportunity and working environment. Or growth within - depends on how you look at it. PSG will use you, but use PSG. There are a lot of learning opportunities if you are a hard worker. You can gain experience and build your resume to work for a good company that appreciates you and offers more. Many who have worked at PSG now have amazing jobs at fantastic companies.

Cons

People: Some employees behave horribly, and it is known and accepted by management. In fact, the majority of these people are managers. You'll be disgusted that you have to work alongside some who have extremely low morals, a dishonest nature, and pure laziness. Pay: Hardly any Work/Life Balance: None Micro -Managed Environment

Pros

You will receive some greatest training and gain a pretty firm understanding of the industry. You will wear about a million hats in one day, so it's a terrific place for a person to get their feet wet in a fast paced sales environment.

Cons

They will plump up your compensation with a great 'bonus' structure that is unattainable. You will be working 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Your base salary will be incredibly low. It's a cult. Find a lead? Ring a bell. Everyone claps. Get a send out? Ring a bell. Everyone claps. Score a business visit? Ring a bell. Everyone claps. Imagine this 52 times a day with six emails a day about the company 'bell goal?' Guess what happens when you hit your bell goal... your ring a bell. Everyone claps. Now imagine explain this to a professional during an interview. It's a cult.
