Pros

There are maybe 1 or 2 genuine employees here, and they are not part of the backbone of the organization. Honestly, there are no pros to working for this company. It is highly toxic, you are undervalued, and taken advantage of. There is no formal structure and HR is essentially non-existent. I am not sure how this company is still standing and legally still running.

Cons

Truly everything. Ask anyone who has worked for this company. Read the reviews, you will know which ones are honest and which ones the internal team has either peer pressured or influenced current employees to write in order to offset the honest feedback.

Pros

The experience you gain working in a fast-paced, cut-throat corporate environment

Cons

Completely unsupportive and hands-off leadership. Don’t expect to get your questions answered if they have anything to do with you or anything regarding your best interest as an employee. It is clear that the leaders in this company do not have sufficient, if any, people management experience. This is the kind of culture where the manager calls your questions dumb. This is the kind of culture that praises those who work 15 hour days and “give their all, all the time”. This is the kind of culture where it’s okay to lie right to your face. There is no HR department and no one knows anything about important HR issues (insurance, pay, benefits, policies) as leadership does not ask for employee feedback or offer any Human Resources support. RED FLAG. The motto there is “we work for you”. “You” is the client. Please do not expect to be cared for, respected, supported, properly trained, accommodated (for anything unless you’ve been there for 5+ years), or have any sort of work/life balance.
