Crazy intense management, 50 hours a week is the MINIMUM, micromanagement, managers go through your emails

They hire really great people to work with.

Cons

The only real growth opportunity is to grow sales, not your personal skill set. Felt like upper management did not trust employees as attendance was taken daily. Turn over before covid was astronomical and roles were outsourced to a different country. There was no sense of structured training, which can be a pro for some and a con for others. Technology was inefficient as their internal program broke down at least once a day and not everyone was given the same equipment. Stress amongst directors was very apparent.

Big City Job, Small City Pay, Force You Out for No Reason

Pros

Gave me my first big city job out of college. There wasn't too much sales pressure - at the time I worked there, we basically placed temp staffing folks into the jobs that others procured. Free food. Developed good friendships with people at work.

Cons

Long hours. Low pay. They practically force you to leave for no good reason. I had many friends there who were forced out for various reasons. Aaron forced me out because I told a recruit that we couldn't help her for what she was looking for. Management fail!
