Hi, thank you for sharing your experience. After reading all your feedback, it looks like there's a few topics you've addressed. It makes me sad to know that you carried this weight while being part of the team. It feels too impersonal (especially in tough times like now) to just type a response and move on. I want you to know you're heard. Would you be open to speaking about this with me? We're working on getting better each day. Since the start of COVID-19 my partner and I have done everything possible to retain our staff. We have both invested significant amounts of our own personal money because of our commitment to the team and our focus on saving jobs. Your comments about the technology might be a bit outdated because it sounds like you missed out on the investment in Zoom phones / video back in early February, 2020 when we cut-over to their platform company-wide. We certainly didn't predict COVID but the upgrade to zoom phones has changed our lives.
