      Terrible Company to work for

      Offers benefits, paid time off/vacation, 401(k)

      Cons

      Company will fire you at a moments notice without warning. Unaware of laws prohibiting the "firing" of those covered by the disabilities act. Management will not approve your vacation time for weeks. They will just leave it sitting in queue. Underpaid and will raise you by cents when its time for review. Company praises your work one minute and lets you go the next. No structure. Company will let go of or people will quit and they will not hire anyone to take their place, will just expect the workers there to pick up slack.

      Pros

      Benefits are okay if you work full-time.

      Cons

      Management didn't have a clue on how to manage. None of the managers had any formal management training or prior management experience. The company overworks their employees. They are always reducing their work force. They will let someone go and then expect another employee to do the work of two or more employees. One day they will tell you that you're awesome and the next day they will fire you. It's just not a good place to work for.

      Pros

      Good coworkers. Once you learn the job, it's easy to perform. They used to have some extra fun benefits for employees but as the company grew, the perks shrank, quickly.

      Cons

      Top-heavy leadership has no idea what's going on at the bottom. They pay on the low end of the pay scale for lower level people, but the higher ups get paid very very well.
