Pros

I've said it to family and friends... this is the greatest place I've ever worked. Leadership is amazing and has an open-door policy at all levels. In my two years here, I have grown from an IC to a manager to a Lead. The people first culture is real.

Cons

I can't think of anything that I would categorize as a downside. That said, a good leader recognizes opportunities for change. Sometimes that change is hard.

* Very competitive salaries * Good amount of Holiday PTO * Work-life balance has been good

Cons

* Extremely chaotic company and it's hard to understand what the overall priorities are. They seem to change on a whim * The core tenants of the company concerning trust, respect, etc. are merely lip service * I definitely wouldn't recommend the company to anyone I would like to work with

Nepotism is real especially with admin and HR. Look elsewhere cause this company ain't gonna make it through the recession
