Pros

Some people are nice but that's it.

Cons

Where to begin? - They ask you to fill out a positive review 6 months in so don't trust the 5 stars here. - They fired an entire content team in favor of AI slop. - This is the company that thought it was fine to fire a salesperson grieving their dad. If that doesn’t tell you what kind of place this is, nothing will. - No matter your role, you will experience burnout, long hours, no recognition and fired if you don't hit unrealistic goals. - The CEO. Honestly, reading his AI-generated LinkedIn posts is pure secondhand embarrassment. On top of that, he tends to micromanage and insert himself into everything instead of trusting his team and delegating properly. - They've been around for 10+ years and are still a "startup". - Salaries are less than ideal. Run.

Pros

For me, being completely remote suits my lifestyle, and this is well supported. The team who I work with are all very friendly and supportive and I am learning a lot. There is good communication within the team that I work in, and excellent trust towards the companies employees.

Cons

I've only worked for Process Street for a few months now, so it is difficult to gain a complete insight of what it is like working here. So far so good though! The workload can be intense at times, before publishing a piece. But after publification, you can relax a bit, so I would say the workload is sustainable and I still get to participate in all my outside interests.

Dodgy company ran by cowboy CEO

Pros

Some really nice people work here outside of the management team

Cons

Oh wow where do I start. Just a dodgy company being ran by dodgy leadership. Its all weird, the CEO uses the Sales Director as his PA. In the 24 months I have been there the CEO let go 9 different people all within sales team. Average sales team stays at 3-4 people because he lets go 1 a month. Imagine that, he has sacked 3x the amount of people on his team than the average number! This is all without any notice. Most of the sales guys are on contracts, meaning, they just let people go without any notice there an then. There is no pervious conversations or heads up, just a random meeting to say thank you and goodbye. One of the sales guys told us he got 4 minutes in total when being let go. This was after he worked a normal day. CRAZY behaviour Do not accept a position here unless last resort CEO - he has in many company meetings referred to himself as "one of the greatest sales people". He believes because he raised funding for the company he knows everything about sales and will enforce his thinking 100%
