Pros
I've been really impressed with how Process Street onboard and train their employees, especially in my area, which is content creation. The director and editors are knowledgeable and approachable. Since the very first day of me working at Process Street, they've actively encouraged me to ask questions whenever I have them, which is great to hear when you're starting at a new company. The content team is stellar, so reading or watching the new material is always a pleasure. And seeing as the material coming from other creators on the team really is quality content, it pushes me to make the best content possible. I feel lucky to be working alongside them. Being a part of a remote team is also fantastic. I personally believe that remote working (at least in the tech sector) is the future, so it's great to be a part of a team with likeminded folk who not only enjoy doing good work, but also enjoy travelling in their spare time.
Cons
I can't think of any cons. I would've written something along the lines of "everyone's really great, it's a shame I can't hang out with them in-person" but there will be a company meetup coming up soon.
