Pros

C-suite leaders are humble. They’re willing to admit when they don’t know something. Or accept that they don’t have a good answer and ask for ideas. The positive culture starts at the top. High level of transparency. On day one, at my first all hands meeting, the CEO presented historical and current revenue numbers and cash in bank. Wow! Genuinely good and caring people. I enjoy working with every person across the whole company. 100% remote, remote-first culture, high work-life balance. Cross-department collaboration has improved dramatically. Early stage, so you get to wear many hats and have a big impact very quickly. No shortage of personal growth and career opportunity. We care about process and automation. The right amount to help and remove the need to think in the areas you shouldn’t need it (like setting up your local environment or deploying code), so you have more time and cognitive freedom to do the creative work. Probably no surprise that the company embodies the ideals of the product. Massive market opportunity. Exciting product, and one that you can easily believe in and get behind.

Cons

Growing fast - so some roles aren’t filled with a full-time person yet. This is improving as we scale.

Pros

Interview process was smooth, no hiccups, and responses were swift and straightforward. I was told I'd be contacted with information on the progress of my application, and had an email in my inbox the next day detailing the next stage of the interview. Once I started, the onboarding process was very accommodating and I was warmly introduced to the rest of the team, and my responsibilities were clearly outlined. My duties as a writer involve in-depth research about a variety of topics, and I feel lucky to be able to write like this, and get paid for it. There is also leeway to have some kind of choices in the subjects I write about, which I appreciate. Working at Process Street allows me flexible working hours within a well-organized monthly schedule, which is planned ahead of every month by the content team. As a writer, I'm part of a larger system of content promotion, sales, development and higher management, and Process Street does a great job of bringing all of these different teams together. Possibly the best experience of remote working I've ever had (and I've worked at 4 separate remote positions before this, all in content marketing and sales).

Cons

Such a great team I sometimes wish it weren't remote!
