Pros

Exposure to a wide range of internal tools and workflows system.

Cons

- Excessive documentation that slowed even the most basic tasks - Approval loops that drained momentum and wasted hours - Simple actions turned into drawn-out processes that crushed productivity - Feedback is obsessed with compliance rather than real sales outcomes - Goals that felt disconnected from reality and daily conditions - Initiative quietly discouraged, replaced by hesitation and risk avoidance

Pros

As a career changer, my intuition told me that this company was the next best step for me personally and professionally, but you really don't know until you are in it. Well, 3+ months in, I am 100% sure I made the right decision. I have never been surrounded by so many intelligent yet humble people. Leadership that pushes their sleeves up, gets their hands dirty and takes the time to teach but yet, already had the trust in you from day 1. Teammates cross-departmental that enjoy meeting up in person and virtually just to learn about each other or do an escape room together to challenge ourselves in a new way. Process Street is truly first class!

Cons

The only con would be not getting to hang out by an actual watercooler, but that is part of what makes it so great, the intentionality behind forming bonds and the fiber that makes a team.

Pros

- Customers love the product. We have customers ranging from Salesforce to Betterment to Colliers to Athleta to Accenture... to thousands of smaller businesses. Once teams really start using Process Street, they see how powerful it is. We have scores of glowing reviews in sites like Capterra, GetApp and G2. - The no-code space is hot, the enterprise automation space is hot, the remote work apps space is hot. And we're at the confluence of all 3 of these spaces. - Ambitious and driven team. We're punching above our weight. Aggressive goals, nimble experimental approach, do-what-it-takes mentality. - The team is intentional about good communication. The team is values-driven. The team is inclusive. We've been all-remote since birth (long before covid), and we're quite good at working async, providing broad visibility to stakeholders, etc. And despite the challenges of all-remote, we've managed to build a positive and welcoming culture. Also, we drink our own champagne, really using our own software platform every day across all the teams.

Cons

- It's a startup. Limited resources, lots of work, and the need to be scrappy and resourceful. That's both good and bad. Yes, we're backed by top investors like Accel, Salesforce Ventures and Atlassian Ventures, but that doesn't mean we're swimming in cash. We're only in the post-Series A phase, not some household name pre-IPO company with a gigantic business that everyone wants to work for. Every has to do what it takes to grow. Even our senior leaders with teams of 10+ people are player/coaches. Ask yourself whether venture-backed startup life is really what you want, or whether you're looking for something more comfortable. - There's a learning curve to Process Street. It's a no-code platform, meaning it's a bit of a "blank slate" when you first get started. For that reason, not all people who start a free of Process Street get to the a-ha moment where they fully see the value. It takes some investment of time and effort to really begin understanding how powerful the platform is to orchestrate & automate mission-critical processes like employee onboarding or client onboarding. - We're making progress from a team diversity perspective, but we're definitely not where we want to be. I have seen this with other earlier-stage startups too. Hiring for diversity is sometimes hard, but all the hiring managers know it's a priority for us.
