A few good tgings about this place of employment is that they offer yearly raises, monthly incentives, and they have a friendly work culture.

Cons

Some downsides include not-so-friendly employees, small building, and uncomfortable internal temperature all year-round.

- Employees were allowed to select the shift they wanted to work from day 1. - They take care of there employees with generous holiday schedules, employee appreciation week, and company wide luncheons each quarter. - As a data entry associate you are given assigned work and then you aren't bothered by management unless you make a mistake.

Cons

- Having to call on past due accounts that we never received the payment amount when there is a department assigned to gathering this information. - Having to earn time off based on the hours worked instead of being given a set amount of days off for the year.

Excellent work-life balance. Many advancement opportunities. Most of our positions have 3-4 levels to achieve with different pay at each level. Benefits and incentive programs are competitive. Along with medical, Proctor offers benefits for employees and their children dental & vision until age 26!!! Most companies do not even offer vision! We offer great opportunities for employees (with good work ethic & customer service skills) to learn and grow with little or no formal education...Proctor values hard work.
