the executive team truly cares and listens to feedback, example of this is the annual lunch all employees have with the CEO and president, where they listen and take action on employees concerns / thoughts. the culture is fun and diverse / adaptive, this can be clearly seen by the multiple acquisitions and the seamless transition those employees had. one of the company's core values is "teamwork" and this is surely felt in the day-to-day work, working with a team of brilliant and goal-driven individuals is really great. there's tons of career growth potential, in my years here i have seen many join as they're first job and have grown tremendously in their career, management is truly invested to help in career growth, giving exceedingly larger challenges and responsibilities. the tech team does a weekly tech book-club, which is great for growing tech skills and for cross team pollination and idea sharing.
