Pros

Great team culture, a good " I got your back" culture. No workplace drama and good room for growth. A fun work environment and good management.

Cons

There should be better communication between teams and employees. If something needs to be done a certain way, it needs to be communicated in a timely manner for it to happen effectively. Or at least some sort of plan in place to go off of.
