Pros

Coworkers are great Free lunch

Cons

-Constant fear of lay offs and Josef and Chuck is not shy about letting you know that they can lay people off at any minute... -Pay is literally at the low income range for LA county... AND they expect you to pay $6-7 per gallon gas to come into the office 3x a week... -Flex PTO... this is utter BS, you can maybe take 1 week off, 2 weeks if the management thinks you are doing a great job -Work life balance does not exist here... again if you dont want to be laid off, you need to pull many many hours to show your worth

We recently held a manager meeting to discuss the importance and consistency in our flex PTO practices as we do want employees to experience a good work/life balance. Pros

for the most part the staff is helpful, especially the HR dept

Cons

All the accounts are managed by one person. The sales leadership is clueless and dont care bout their clients at all.

They have a good business model. Leadership is laid back.

Cons

Not loyal to employees of companies that were bought out by Prodege. They take your knowledge and get rid of you.

Acquisitions can be a challenging endeavor for both the employer and employee, but we strive to ensure that our new team members are treated fairly and with respect, even in cases where there is ultimately not a fit.
