      Pros

      They got snacks. Jamie was super nice which is the receptionist at the front desk.

      Cons

      - Micromanaging - Horrible work-life balance, managers expect you to be in the office at all times. Most of the tasks can be completed online but managers want to make sure Prodege is getting their money's worth so they like to keep an eye on you at all times just so you don't mess around. - Broken process. The way Prodege develops digital products is prehistoric! - Art direction from people that are not related in your department -No growth in career. -No Creative input

      Pros

      Some departments (HR, benefits) do a nice job but they are in the dark on the actual business.

      Cons

      Faux listening to concerns Poor brand identity and clarity of who they are and want to be amongst employees not to mention the marketplace. Leadership more interested in self preservation than long term success

      Pros

      Great office environment and people are great, friendly and feels like a team.

      Cons

      CEO is an elitist and is vastly out of touch with everyone working for the company; mentioned his living in "The Bluffs" in Pacific Palisades more than once and also that he writes "big checks" to charities. People are working to build something, not enrich their CEO, I spoke with HR and told them it is in really poor taste.
