Great People, Stagnant Pay

Pros

Great people and good benefits

Cons

The pay I received was not competitive. Near the end I felt like the company was taking advantage of the amount of work it was getting from me and my coworkers with no increase in pay. The general impression I got is that the company will pinch pennies as much as it can when it comes to pay.

Thank you for giving us your feedback and I'm sorry it's take a bit of time to respond to your post. We appreciate the positive comments about our people and benefits. Regarding our pay policies, we do our best to pay market rate compensation and believe that we generally do so. To assure that, we regularly match our pay chart against published surveys of pay levels for similar positions in our market area. Where we discover a discrepancy, we do our best to address it proactively, and we have made a number of upward adjustments for various employees and positions in the past year as overall pay levels in the Los Angeles/Silicon Beach area continue to rise with the growing economy. Thank you again for the feedback and wishing you all the best.

Pros

The benefits package are among the most comprehensive in the industry. Industry in which Prodege holds a competitive advantage. Opportunities for ownership of projects with impact. Direct access to the C-suite leadership.

Cons

Compensation is way below market conditions and cost of living. Senior managment has a sense of privilege and entitlement. HR is there to protect the company not to look out for individuals best interest, this is true of all companies but bears repeating.

Pros

Great team dynamics, nice office and overall friendly group within high growth team!

Cons

CEO is vastly out of touch, speaks about his lifestyle in "The Bluffs" in front of the team and has zero people skills. Founder on the other hand is actually real and personable.
