      Pros

      You get "my time" so you can take time off for appointments, sick days, etc as needed.

      Cons

      Unorganized, repetitive work load, low salary pay for amount of work you do. Very little training. You have to figure things out all on your own. You have to fill in if someone calls off as well as continue to do your supervisor duties, predictable that it's unpredictable, poor work system, everything is on apps, platforms or emails or a helpline.

There are a lot of hats that you can wear on any given day, Sorry this was not a good fit for you and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
