There is no guarantee you will get your scheduled hours so if you depend on your salary its not reliable. The worst part has been being treated like a servant and worse by clients and their families. Any and everything that possibly can be blamed on the nurse will be! Patients family members are allowed to cuss at you and throw things and you're expected to take it! There is no respect given as a nurse. Scheduling is a nightmare and when you get on a bad case it's made very difficult to get off of it. They promise bonuses but they are rarely actually paid.

Very poor management, watch your back at all times, no benefits unless you want to count on getting health insurance in 6 months, IF you can get 32 hours weekly, sometimes, that is impossible to do, especially if your client expires. Can not depend on this job as a full time status at any time. Sometimes, you work in a very hostile/racism environment. It is considered Private Duty, difficult to search other employment from other travel agencies. Pay your own travel expenses, because once they pay, you are told that you are there until that patient expires. Very dishonest company in several areas.
