      Many engineers have a lot of experience and knowledge and are really willing to help younger staff learn. A lot of variety of projects and not a 'stuck with the same project over and over' problem.

      Cons

      Feels like a lot of fluffy HR corporate extra/unnecessary stuff sometimes.
